03 Questions
The ones we
get asked first.
How does per-store pricing work?
A flat monthly fee covers the first stores in the tier (3, 5 or 10), then a per-store fee for each additional store. No per-rep or per-user fees. An eight-store dealer on Growth pays $129 plus three times $25, $204 a month.
Can we change tiers later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, and the difference is pro-rated.
What if the store count grows mid-month?
New stores are pro-rated from the day they are added. The next cycle picks up the full per-store fee.
Do you support master dealers with sub-brands?
Yes, that is Enterprise. One master dealer with several sub-brands, each in its own isolated mirror, one login and one set of numbers above them.
Which data sources do you import?
Carrier commission statements and scorecards, the point of sale, sales detail, payroll and timesheet files, bank feeds and statements, and any custom CSV through the import pipeline. New formats are added on Enterprise.
Is there a trial?
We do something better than a trial: a demo on your own redacted data, then one pay cycle run side by side with your current process before anything switches.
04 Start
Bring your last
pay cycle.
Send a redacted carrier statement, a POS export and a payroll file. We will show the commission calculation, the chargebacks we would have caught, and the reconciliation for that cycle.
