One app on iOS and Android. A face for every role.

The same account opens a different app depending on who you are. A rep gets earnings, shifts and the clock. A manager gets approvals, the floor and the orders. An executive gets the group. A master dealer gets every sub-brand and every door. Behind it, 369 API endpoints, one push pipeline and a device policy that treats a phone as something that can be lost.

Faces resolve from the person's roles and store scope. Grants and denials layer over that per dealer group; a super admin gains the executive face, never loses their own.

    03 Sign-in and devices

    A phone is something
    that can be lost.

    / 01

    Sign-in

    • Company code
    • Password or Microsoft
    • Biometric unlock

The company code from the invite opens the right dealer group. Sign in with a password or with Microsoft; biometric unlock gates the local session for the trust window. Tokens expire and rotate; a session that survives a token refresh is a session, not a re-login.

    / 02

Device trust and the single-device policy

    • Registered devices
    • Approval queue
    • One phone per rep

Devices are registered per user with their OS and build. A lost phone is revoked without a password reset. Where the policy is on, enrolling a new phone signs the previous one out by revoking its token; a queue lets a manager approve the swap.

    / 03

    Gates that degrade safely

    • Force-update gate
    • Legal acceptance gate
    • Off-shift access

Old builds are retired through a gate whose failure mode is no gate, never a wall. Terms, privacy and content-usage are accepted on first login. Off-shift access to store data follows a per-company policy.

    Contracts, not guesses

    • Written contracts
    • Acknowledged both sides
    • Additive changes

Every screen is built against a written server contract that both sides acknowledge, and changes are additive by default so last month's build keeps working.

    / 02

    Releases

    • App Store
    • Google Play
    • Release page
    • Company codes

Builds ship to both stores from one pipeline. A release page records versions and minimums; the landlord issues company codes per dealer group.
