05 Store operations
Every store, one page. Every order, one thread.
The store detail page attaches everything to the location: people, sales, commissions, accessories, tickets, contacts, documents, overhead, visits and audits. Orders for accessories, supplies and uniforms run one lifecycle. Inbound devices are tracked to the door and the crew is pushed on arrival. Closing a store is a two-stage approval, not an email.

Sample store. District managers see their territory, area managers their region, the master dealer everything.
02 Store master and directory
The store is identified by its codes,
never by its name.
Store master
Every store carries its carrier door code, its POS identifier and both market vocabularies: the carrier's and the dealer's. A change to the master refreshes the current month's reports. A relocated door gets a new code and the history stays with the old one.
Directory, map and org chart
A map of every door with its manager and market, a field map for area managers, an org chart that follows the store master, and store groups for anything that needs a custom pool.
Onboarding and closing a door
A new door is authorized to a dealer group and a sub-brand before any data flows. Closing one is a two-stage approval that handles the people, the inventory and the reporting in order, and leaves the record.
03 Orders center
Accessories, supplies and uniforms.
One lifecycle, one thread.
| Order | Lane | Store | Requested by | Lines | Total | Stage |

| SUG-2026-0187 | Suggested | Paterson | Forecast | 17 | $1,204.30 | Review |
Sample orders. Approve, deny, in progress, shipped with tracking and mark pending are rendered lifecycle actions with a thread on every order.
Supplier catalog in the app
The accessory supplier's catalog and warehouse stock are pulled every twenty minutes. Reps browse and order from the phone; a rate limit keeps one order per rep per fortnight and field managers are exempt.
Suggested orders
A weekly forecast compares thirty-day velocity to on-hand and on-order stock and suggests a reorder per store, rounded to pack and minimum quantities, grouped by category with click-to-drill.
Placement, shipping, receipt
Approved orders are placed with the supplier over the API, ship notices arrive with tracking, and receipt is confirmed from the point-of-sale purchase-order listing. Cost is what was paid, not a catalog number.
04 Inbound device tracking
The box is tracked to the door.
The crew is told when it lands.
| PO | Store | Vendor | Tracking | Boxes | Latest | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 448210 | Newark | Carrier devices | 1Z4E7A0F0398217465 | 3 | Out for delivery, 08:12 | Arriving today |
| 448188 | Elizabeth | Carrier devices | 1Z4E7A0F0398216002 | 5 | Delivered 11:41, signed | Delivered · crew pushed |
| 448173 | Hoboken | Accessory supplier | 1Z4E7A0F0398214870 | 2 | Exception: address correction | Exception |
| 448160 | Bayonne | Misc | 1Z4E7A0F0398213391 | 1 | In transit, Secaucus hub | In transit |
Imported once by the master dealer, resolved to the right store and sub-brand, kept live by the carrier's webhook and an hourly poller.
05 Inventory
On hand, in history,
and by serial number.
On hand and value
Phones and accessories by store, with an inventory value report and an end-of-life list for devices that should not be on the shelf.
Serial history
Every IMEI's path through inventory, sale, return and transfer, searchable, and the basis for the disqualified-device chargeback rule.
Audits
An inventory audit log from the point of sale, a nightly audit reminder to the store's group, and a missing-items flow from the app.
06 Field visits and audits
The area manager's week,
with the evidence attached.
| Item | Finding | Photo | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Storefront and signage | Window promo current, lights on, door decals intact. | 2 | Pass |
| Demo wall | Two demo units not powered, one missing security tether. | 3 | Fail · ticket TKT-7430 |
| Accessory planogram | Cases shelf matches planogram, screen protectors low. | 1 | Partial |
| Cash handling | Drawer counts match, pickup log signed. | 0 | Pass |
| Uniform and name tags | All six on shift compliant. | 1 | Pass |
Templates are built per dealer group; a failed item can file a ticket with the photos attached. Scores roll up to the store and the area manager's profile.
